    • Led the entire engineering team: 7 people (1 DevOps/backend expert, 1 backend developer, 4 frontend developers).
    • Reorganized the team around an agile pull model: from a lead assigning tasks to a team picking its own work.
    • Owned and prioritized the technical roadmap (Notion).
